Genome Assembly

In partnership with Bioplatforms Australia and the Australian BioCommons, TSI is working to develop an easy-to-use TSI Community Hub (currently in development).

In the meantime, there are a range of resources to assist with your genome assembly and annotation. You are now able to move your genome data from the BPA Data Portal directly to the Genome Lab in Galaxy Australia.

User Guides are currently available for the below Galaxy Australia workflows through the Australian BioCommons (please check back regularly as many are still in development):
